Felixstowe freight management company World Transport Agency has picked up another slice of export business from book publisher, Penguin.
Felixstowe freight management company World Transport Agency has picked up another slice of export business from book publisher, Penguin. The latest win is to manage exports to the US and follows existing business with Penguin handling exports to Australia and Canada. Exports to these countries are direct to Penguin Group subsidiaries and represent around a third of the company's total business. Together with the Penguin brand, Puffin and Ladybird are other worldwide brands within the publishing portfolio. As well as exporting its own books, Penguin has become a significant third-party distributor . and in every container, a percentage of the load will be books and related merchandise for other publishing companies. WTA has worked with Penguin for the last three years. |
