Work on site will start in December to provide offices in a combination of 10, self-contained, two-storey buildings.

All accommodation will range in size from 1,300 sq ft to 6,100 sq ft and will be offered to occupiers on a freehold basis. Leaseholds will be available.

Cygnet Park is part of the O+H Group’s 2,500 acre Hampton development, just south of Peterborough, and has been allocated for office development.

Totalling 67 acres, it will ultimately provide one million sq ft of business accommodation and employment for thousands of people.
