Kent House, Crownhill, has been let to Trico Ltd, which has relocated its windscreen wiper business from Dunstable. The 9,000 sq ft ShimaSeiki building, Tongwell, totalling 9,000 sq ft has been sold freehold to automotive parts distributor Coplan Ltd, which has expanded from premises in Bletchley.
