Barker Storey Matthews, which has offices throughout the region, including Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntin-gdon and Bury St Edmunds, has won the award for the fourth year running.

Over 350 deals were completed by the company during the year.

The transactions include the sale of a 42,340 unit at Lynx Business Park, Snailwell, for in excess of £1.5 million to Wrenbridge Land Ltd, the letting of a 7,307 sq ft unit at Swan Lane Business Park, Exning to Amtrak couriers and the acquisition of a 5,573 sq unit in Clifton Road, Cambridge for DNNA (UK) Ltd.
