Autonomy Corporation the Cambridge web infrastructure software company, expects revenues and earnings for the first quarter of 2005 to be considerably ahead of market estimates and above the range of Q1 2005 revenue forecasts of $16 million to $18 million.
Autonomy Corporation the Cambridge web infrastructure software company, expects revenues and earnings for the first quarter of 2005 to be considerably ahead of market estimates and above the range of Q1 2005 revenue forecasts of $16 million to $18 million. Autonomy reported revenues of $16.4m and earnings of $0.02 for the first quarter of 2004: $17m turnover is now expected for the first quarter of this year. CEO Dr Mike Lynch said: “We are pleased to announce that our first quarter 2005 results are expected to show good growth and strength. “This result will have been delivered despite traditional seasonality which sees Q1 revenues below those of Q4 of the prior year. These results point to a continuing improvement in the business climate and an exceptionally high win rate over our competitors.” Results for the first quarter of 2005 will be announced on April 20. |
