Jark Recruitment, the nationwide recruitment agency, has bought out C&C Recruitment in Ipswich for an undisclosed sum. Jark Recruitment, the nationwide recruitment agency, has bought out C&C Recruitment in Ipswich for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition adds £1.6million to Jark’s annual turnover of £19m and forms a specialist construction and industrial team of 14 at the Ipswich office.

To cope with the newly expanded office, Jark has appointed a new manager, Amanda Smith, to head up the branch.

Smith said: “The merging of the two operations takes the Ipswich branch of Jark Recruitment to a turnover in excess of £5m.

“And this is just the beginning, we aim to have increased turnover to £6.5m by the end of the year and to have a team of 18 behind us making that happen.”
