Thetford based waste management specialist Pearsons has taken over the skip hire and waste management business of Suffolk based builders Aves Bros Ltd based near Diss. Thetford based waste management specialist Pearsons has taken over the skip hire and waste management business of Suffolk based builders Aves Bros Ltd based near Diss.

Pearsons was established as a waste paper merchant in 1945, now turns over £7.5m a year and employs 80 people.

Still a family owned and managed firm, Pearsons last year bought the skip hire side of Attleborough based Woody’s and plans to continue to grow by acquisition.

Pearsons operates a fleet of more than 30 trucks and 3,000 skips, plus a waste transfer operation.
