Milton Keynes commercial solicitors, Kimbells LLP, and Bedford accountancy firm Mazars, teamed up with Bedford based architects and development consultants Woods Hardwick to assist in the recent management buy-out of the business. One of the UK’s leading multi-disciplinary architectural practices, Woods Hardwick is a substantial force both locally and nationally, with projects ranging from the Interchange Retail Park in Bedford to a major food processing plant in Bury St Edmunds and a retail park in Poole. The buy out by directors Karl Myhill, Chris Brackley, John Cunliffe, Ian Bishop and Gary Surkitt sees the firm poised for further growth, with ambitious projects such as a £20m mixed use town centre development in Wimbledon on the cards. In addition to architecture, the firm offers expertise in civil engineering, development consultancy, town planning and land surveying.
