Display Creatives Limited, a Milton Keynes design and production company, has been acquired in a management buy-out by brothers Mark and Philip Walton.
Display Creatives Limited, a Milton Keynes design and production company, has been acquired in a management buy-out by brothers Mark and Philip Walton. The deal was funded by The Royal Bank of Scotland and led by local advisers MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Limited (MHCF) and Franklins Solicitors. Display Creatives is actively involved in brand strategy reviews, point of sale material in all types of substrates, printed associated products, in-store promotional activity and new product launch trade support. It boasts a number of blue chip clients and achieves turnover in excess of £2 million. Mark Walton said: “We are very excited about future prospects.” Jonathon Hambleton of Kimbells Solicitors LLP acted as legal adviser to RBS. Neil Gibbs of Woodfine Foinette Quinn's Milton Keynes office and John Webb of Whittakers provided legal and accounting advice, respectively, to the vendors
