Milton Keynes based Culina Logistics has secured a new supply chain contract with Hero UK for a new product launch in the booming UK healthier snacks sector.
Milton Keynes based Culina Logistics has secured a new supply chain contract with Hero UK for a new product launch in the booming UK healthier snacks sector. The new Fruit2day drink is being backed by an £11 million advertising campaign by Hero UK, which is part of the Swiss Hero Group. From its modern temperature controlled distribution centre in Kingston MK, Culina is providing storage, order processing and delivery services to all the UK’s leading supermarket regional distribution centres. Orders are received by electronic date interchange and picked using hand held RDT scanners for daily delivery across the UK. The product has already been launched in Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. Culina Logistics was formed in the UK in 1994 and blue chip clients include Tropicana and Kraft.
