Cambridge law firm, Taylor Vinters, has been rated as a leading innovative law firm by the Financial Times’s first ever survey of what it calls "cutting-edge practice in law firms across the UK." The firm has been "Highly Commended" for transforming from a regional firm "to one with national and international capability." In addition it is "Commended" for its innovative approach to employee relations for the 200 or so people working there. Managing partner, Christine Berry commented; "The FT report said that examples of innovative management projects were relatively thin on the ground, but some did stand out. Clearly ours did and it is a superb endorsement of all the work we have done over the past six years or so to create a law firm that stands out for being entrepreneurial and highly focused."
