Robert Walden, previously in charge of the £2 billion property fund at Universities Superannuation Scheme, has joined Churchmanor Estates – joint developer of Chesterford Research Park – as associate director.
Robert Walden, previously in charge of the £2 billion property fund at Universities Superannuation Scheme, has joined Churchmanor Estates – joint developer of Chesterford Research Park – as associate director. Walden said: “Churchmanor has been established in my native East Anglia for over 20 years and has a successful track record working with major landowners and occupiers throughout the region and particularly in Cambridge. This is a wonderful opportunity to assist their expansion in an area destined for further growth.” |
