Porvair plc, the King’s Lynn specialist filtration and environmental technology group, reported a revenues and pre-tax profit increase of close to seven per cent in its interim results for the six months ended 31 May 2006.
Porvair plc, the King’s Lynn specialist filtration and environmental technology group, reported a revenues and pre-tax profit increase of close to seven per cent in its interim results for the six months ended 31 May 2006. Sales reached £23.0m (2005: £21.6m) and pre-tax profit £884K (2005: £824K). Porvair’s CEO, Ben Stocks, said: “Current trading is healthy and order levels, particularly in Microfiltration, are robust. “The Metals Filtration business has responded to the challenging conditions in the early part of the year and is currently trading well. The key development opportunities are making good progress and all parts of the business have growth opportunities for the second half of the year.”
