The Department of Trade and Industry has selected Howes Percival for a three year contract with The Insolvency Service of England and Wales. This extends a relationship bet-ween Howes Percival and the DTI that stretches back to 1994.

The work involves advising on and carrying out proceedings against former directors of failed companies under the Company Dire-ctors Disqualification Act 1986.

Howes Percival was awarded the contract for Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambrid-geshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckin-ghamshire as well as half of the cases issued in the High Court in London.

Howes Percival will be part of a panel of just five companies who advise on all such cases on behalf of the DTI across England and Wales.
