Waste collection and recycling specialist F&R Cawley is celebrating winning a trio of what it says are important contracts.
Waste collection and recycling specialist F&R Cawley is celebrating winning a trio of what it says are important contracts. A leading tool manufacturer, a top London entertainment complex and one of Britain’s largest shopping centres are among the new waste collection arrangements finalised this month by Luton-based F&R Cawley. “Two of the contracts are totally new, while Milton Keynes’ MK – The Centre is a retained contract,” said Tony Goodman, sales director of F&R Cawley. The first of the new contracts is for CP Tools, known internationally as CP Desoutter. The firm belongs to the pneumatic tool arm of the giant Swedish mining equipment compressor and industrial tool manufacturer Altas Copco. Hemel Hempstead-based CP Desoutter has ordered compactors, loaders, balers, and bins for oily rag, paper, cardboard and general waste. F&R Cawley has also been awarded the contract to manage the waste generated by the O2 Centre in North West London. The centre is home to shops, an eight-screen multiplex cinema, health and fitness club, Sainsbury’s and a conferencing centre. F&R Cawley will be in control of all paper, cardboard, food and general waste at this top entertainment and leisure destination.
