Hatfield-based Exemplas, in partnership with Hertfordshire Prosperity Ltd, has landed a £1 million contract to deliver a programme helping individuals in danger of redundancy and struggling businesses.
Hatfield-based Exemplas, in partnership with Hertfordshire Prosperity Ltd, has landed a £1 million contract to deliver a programme helping individuals in danger of redundancy and struggling businesses. The project was awarded by the East of England Development Agency following a highly competitive tender process and is partly funded through the European Social Fund (ESF). This contract will take forward the next phase of Responding 2 Redundancies (R2R) – a programme which had helped over 3,000 people and 160 companies over the past two years. Adam Wood, executive director of Hertfordshire Prosperity Ltd, said: “We will provide a package of services to help get people back into work as soon as possible. “This will include everything from careers and benefits advice, access to training, and advice on business start-up to help with CV writing and interview techniques.”
