Domino Printing Sciences in Cambridge has acquired Easyprint A/S, a Danish specialist in the design, manufacture and distribution of innovative thermal transfer printing equipment.
Domino Printing Sciences in Cambridge has acquired Easyprint A/S, a Danish specialist in the design, manufacture and distribution of innovative thermal transfer printing equipment. The value of net assets acquired is approximately DKr 2 million (£179k). Nigel Bond, group MD at Domino, said: “This purchase, together with the recent acquisition of Mectec Elektronik, enhances our range of coding & marking products. Combined sales of Mectec and Easyprint in the 12 months prior to acquisition are the equivalent of approximately £8m. “Management teams and employees of both companies are staying on with their respective businesses to help us realise the full potential of these acquisitions.”
