Herts-based ICT specialist, Northgate Information Solutions, has acquired the payroll bureau and Employee Intranet product of OneClickHR plc for £400,000 in cash. OneClickHR provides full web-based HR solutions under the Vizual brand.
Northgate has made a number of bolt on acquisitions this year, which has helped lift the company’s pre-tax profit in its interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2006 by 38 per cent to £13.9m (2005: £10.0m). Revenues increased £2.5m to £165.2m. |
