Redstone wins £16m IT deal |

IT company, Redstone which operates offices in Cambridge, has announced an IT design, implementation and management deal with Lancashire Schools worth £16m.
The first phase of the deal, worth £6.3m, involves Redstone being the exclusive provider of ICT equipment and management services. The firm has said that it expects to continue its role into Phases II and III, worth a further £9.7m. The project will see the building of nine new secondary and primary schools over a three-year period starting January 2008, with Redstone’s contract beginning September 2008. In light of the announcement, shares in Redstone rose 3.4 per cent to 7.5p. |
