Cambridge-based infrastructure software specialist Autonomy is to join the likes of Saab, Ericsson, IBM and Boeing in a Swedish Armed Forces contract to power the technical architecture for its Command and Control System.

Autonomy's software will be used with documents in both Swedish and English, enabling employees to to track every document in the system, check for duplicate information and discover any shortfalls and missing information.

"Autonomy's software is used by various defence organisations around the world to create a more effective intelligence architecture," said Autonomy CEO, Mike Lynch.
