AT sells £3.5m property

Harlow-based At communications has announced the sale and leaseback of its unencumbered freehold Wetherby property, with completion expected 1 March. The business to business telecoms firm said it had sold the property for £3.5m in cash and signed a long term lease agreement to secure continued occupation at the address. The announcement saw shares in AT jump 3.23 per cent to 32p.
