£60m boom for housing

Flagship Housing in Norwich is to share out £60m worth of housing work across eastern England to a mix of national and regional players.

The seven-strong line-up for Flagship Housing Group’s framework agreement is Countryside Properties, Persimmon Homes, Lovell Part-nerships, ISG Jackson, McCann Homes, Hill Partnerships and John Youngs.

The deal is to build up to 5,000 new homes in Norfolk, Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

Projects are due to begin next month.
