Norfolk-based construction firm, May Gurney has announced that it paid £5.15m in cash for mechanical and electrical specialist AC Chesters & Son in Staffordshire.
The company said that the acquisition of Chesters, which made £0.5m on revenues of £4.1m last year, enhanced its “expertise in the water utilities sector and its prospects for the next regulatory review period.” |
