Following its acquisition of Asta in December, Herts-based Eleco has reported a 9 per cent increase in turnover and a nine per cent jump in profits for the full year.
The building systems and software group said that pretax profits were up to £2.25m on an increase in turnover to £28.9m. It also said that EPS had grown 15.6 per cent to 3.3p with the interim dividend up 16.7 per cent to 0.7p. News of the announcement saw the firm's share price dip half a per cent to 92p. |
