Computacenter plc, the European IT infrastructure services provider, has announced its acquisition of Cable & Wireless’ LAN division, Allnet for an undisclosed sum.
Computacenter plc, the European IT infrastructure services provider, has announced its acquisition of Cable & Wireless’ LAN division, Allnet for an undisclosed sum. Following the purchase, C&W have contracted Computacenter to become a preferred supplier of LAN services to the company. Computacenter said that the acquisition of Allnet, which has gross and net assets of £17m and £6m respectively, would not have a material financial impact on the firm. Allnet provides consultancy, provisioning support, installation, support and maintenance to corporate and government customers, with over 160 staff based in offices in London and Reading, as well as at customer sites. |
