SMEs in Northants have been given the opportunity to take action on energy efficiency through the launch of a new and free peer support mechanism established by the East Midlands Development Agency (emda).
Businesses that sign up to the network will be invited to attend a number of free, highly relevant bi-monthly events. These will include training seminars on different aspects of energy efficiency as well as prime opportunities for networking. John O’Reilly, emda’s business services director, said: “UK SMEs consume around £3.5 billion of energy every year. “Thirty per cent of this is wasted, amounting to a massive £1.1bn.” • To sign up to the network, contact Kelly Lee at Impetus Consulting Ltd on 020 7819 2439 or go to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it |
