Further to its February announcement, Huntingdon-based construction firm, Artisan has confirmed plans to utilise in-house skills to re-establish a property investment arm within the group.
Artisan said it would hold selected properties from its development property portfolio and will also consider selectively acquiring third-party properties. The group's first move in the new venture has been to forward let a 36k sq ft industrial unit at Colmworth Business Park in St Neots, which is due to be completed in early 2008. |
