Ill health forces nCipher's CFO to step down |

CFO and secretary of Cambridge-based internet security specialist nCipher, Kenneth Prenty is to step down from his posts following a period of ill health, the firm has announced.
By mutual agreement, Prenty will discontinue his role at the software firm, and be replaced on an interim basis by George Ralph from May 24. Mr Ralph has previously acted in a managerial role as finance director for Abacus Europe and group financial controller for Deltron, nCipher said in a statement. |
