ATC forecasts major deals in the coming year

Harlow-based AT Communications has announced that its current trading is inline with management expectations, and a three year contract with high street decorating retailer, FADS to provide its SiNET telephony service.

The deal, financial details of which were not disclosed, will see ATC provide its new hosted IP voice-based telephony service, SiNET to FADS over a three year period.

ATC said that it expects further deals, like the recent £2,5m reseller contract announced in April, to continue as “major telcos continue to re-evaluate how they manage their customers and channels.”

It said that the expansion of its reseller base provided considerable opportunity for cross-selling and enhanced visibility of earnings.

The contract with FADS covers the provision of SiNET, combined with voice minutes, IP trunks and full installation and maintenance services, across 60 sites and FADS' headquarters, ATC said in a statement.

The telephony solutions firm said that after trialing SiNET with several major retail chains, with a new trial for Empire Cinemas coming soon, the FADS deal is the first to be successfully completed.

Shares in ATC have grown over 12 per cent, rising 5p in value to 45.5p.
