ANT plc, the Cambridge software provider for the digital TV market, has announced the resignation of its group finance director, Paul Dodd.

The Cambridge-based firm said that Dodd would leave the firm at the end of May, citing personal reasons. It added that the company is currently taking steps towards recruiting a replacement for Dodd, and that Bruce Anderson, recently the finance director of TTP Communications, would be taking up the role in the interim, it said.

Shares in ANT have lost seven per cent of their value, dropping 3p to 39.5p.
