Telephonetics VIP, the Herts-based advanced speech recognition specialist has announced the implementation of its Contact Centre solution in the call centre of household appliance manufacturer, Kenwood/DeLonghi.
The long standing Telephonetics VIP customer wanted to automate the repetitive calls to their customer service centre and turned to the Hemel Hempstead firm to provide a speech self-service solution able to handle these customer requests. Using Telephonetics VIP’s Virtual Contact Centre Agent solution to supplement existing contact centre agents, Kenwood/DeLonghi will be able to improve customer service, and also increase operating efficiencies by improving repair resource allocation through better understanding of the demand for its repair services. |
