Law firm Mills & Reeve has promoted two Cambridge associates to the status of partner. Caitlin Jenkins and Laura Holdaway, specialists in family and banking law, have been promoted.
Family law team member Caitlin Jenkins will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team in Cambridge with her promotion. She joined Mills & Reeve – which now has the largest dedicated private client and family practice outside London – four years ago. The family team expanded by a third last year alone and this year growth looks set to continue on a national basis. Jenkins’ appointment will further enhance the team’s reputation as leaders in acting for business owners facing divorce and complex financial cases. Laura Holdaway joined the firm as a senior solicitor in 2000 and has been instrumental in developing the banking team’s specialist real estate finance capability. The team now boasts the largest dedicated team in the eastern region and works for an impressive list of lenders and borrowers annually advising on deals with a combined value in excess of £1 billion. |
