Accountants and business advisers, BDO Stoy Hayward, will open a new office in Cambridge on July I, the firm has announced.
The company has completed a transaction to let 3,885 sq ft on the ground floor at Clarendon House in Cambridge City centre, which doubles its presence in the eastern region of the country. It plans to grow its staff in the Cambridge office from 12 to 35 employees within two years. Gary Ives, lead partner for the Eastern region at BDO Stoy Hayward said: “The addition of our new Cambridge office enhances our offering to businesses in the East of England, where we see a real opportunity to work with local and regional businesses. “A presence in Cambridge adds to our established Hatfield and Chelmsford offices, so we are well placed to help better serve businesses in the area. “The region has a flourishing base of dynamic and growing businesses and our goal is to make a valuable contribution to local and regional firms by helping them to achieve their commercial and personal objectives.” In line with the firm’s 15 regional offices, the Cambridge office will provide a full service offering, including corporate finance, business assurance advice, tax and business recovery services. Over the years, BDO Stoy Hayward has built a reputation for helping businesses of all sizes, and particularly those in the mid-market, to maximise their growth potential. Bidwells acted for the landlord of Clarendon House, clients of LaSalle Investment Management, and Drivers Jonas acted on behalf of BDO Stoy Hayward. |
