Eversheds advises on SDI Group IPO |

Cambridge lawyers with international firm Eversheds advised on the IPO of leading retail automation and logistics company, SDI Group plc.
The company listed on AIM with a market capitalisation of approximately £52 million.
SDI Group plc is the holding company of SDIGreenstone Limited, one of the UK’s leading providers of warehousing equipment and advanced logistics solutions for retailers.
Following a corporate re-organisation prior to the float, the SDI group of companies now includes SDI Industries, Inc. and Real Time Integration, Inc., the software developer of the sophisticated automated solutions. The group has operations across Europe, the US, Chile and Brazil.
The local company’s head office will be in Royston while the factory is located in Rugby, Northamptonshire.
Corporate partners Glynne Stanfield and Kuljit Ghata-Aura, led a joint Eversheds London and Cambridge team advising the company, assisted by Charles Fletcher.
