EuroDebt Financial Services plans to almost double staff numbers to 200 over the next year under an ambitious growth plan that has seen the company expand into new premises in Bedford. Part of Pentagon (UK) Ltd, EuroDebt will use the new offices at Priory Park to house the company’s 120-strong service centre, which will include providing professional advice to consumers in debt.

Established locally for 10 years, the expansion from existing premises in Biggleswade comes as part of EuroDebt’s ongoing development and represents an increase in headcount over the next year of at least 80 people.

“We have had some ambitious targets for growth over the past few years which have seen the business progressively develop,” said Richard Bramham, CEO.

“This move to Priory Park at Bedford is part of the business’ overall strategy, providing us with excellent facilities for our telemarketing agents, legal support personnel and debt advisers.

“The new offices have enabled us to not only expand the business, but to also introduce significant training facilities and state-of-the-art call centre facilities that were not previously possible because of space constraints.”

The company’s legal support team, which helps consumers deal with legal and court enforcement actions against them for outstanding debts, will also be located at the new offices.
