Wrenbridge, the Cambridge
based property company, has
sold a five-acre residential
site at Mildenhall to Bellway
Homes for close to £1m per
acre.
The company, a specialist joint venture partner, teamed up with the landowner to promote the derelict, former dairy site for commercial, and then subsequently residential use. The site, which has been vacant for more than four years, will accommodate close to 100 houses, including a number of affordable homes. Cheffins acted for Wrenbridge in the sale. |
