Motivcom plc, the MK-based corporate motivational specialist and
marketer, has acquired travel and entertainment promotion firms,
Protravel Ltd and Protravel TB Ltd.
Protravel and TB's products and services include travel promotions, group travel and incentives, sports and hospitality packages, prizes for competitions and prizewinner management. Motivcom has paid cash of £1 million and £150,000 for the entire issued share capitals of Protravel and TB, respectively; they become part of the Travel & Leisure Promotions division of Motivcom's subsidiary, P&MM Ltd. Protravel had pre-tax profits of around £80k for the year to March 31 while TB generated a pbt of £28k over the same period.
