![]() The managing directors of the two firms shake hands on the deal Price Bailey employs over 200 partners and staff with the majority of its work based in the East of England practice where it has four offices – Bishop’s Stortford, Ely, Cambridge and Norwich – as well as another in North London. Two partners, Ian Coombes and Richard Vass, together with a team of seven including manager, Ben Mari, will join Price Bailey’s Eldon Street office, situated near London’s Liverpool Street Station. Peter Gillman, managing director of Price Bailey said: “Earlier this year we opened an office in the City of London and we were keen to build on our credentials as a genuine London practice. “We are an ambitious firm that have been around for nearly seventy years and CWQ are a like minded firm with an established reputation. This merger will open up new markets including the entertainment industry and create specialist client sectors.” Price Bailey’s London office has an in-house tax and wealth management team as well as providing the expected accounting and auditing services. Their corporate finance, employer consulting, Sage business systems and business strategy experts are also on hand to help improve a clients business if and when they are needed. |
