QS firm takes consultancy

QS firm Gardiner & Theobald has completed the acquisition of 25-year-old multi-disciplinary consultancy firm TP Associates. TP Associates is a subsidiary company of property developers Ashwell. The 25-year old company provides multi-disciplinary consultancy services to public and private sector clients in the UK and internationally. It has worked on a £7m hotel development at Sawston Hall in South Cambridgeshire and been involved in Cambridge University’s Queens’ College since 1997.
