Ben Dansie, the Managing Director of Omobono said the new office was a major step for the agency, which was seeing a growing number of its clients interested in the Australian market. “This is a very exciting opportunity for us. Australia is a fast-growing market where businesses are embracing digital communications in a big way,” he said. “The Australian office will work with a number of global clients we already have and help develop the international side of our business.” The firm, which includes Accenture and BP among its clients, has recruited staff from Australia to run the day-to-day operation, with a major part of new creative work being done in Cambridge under the lead of Omobono Creative Director Chris Butterworth. A4e, with more than 150 locations across the UK, Germany, France and Israel, works with governments and private sectors to help get the disadvantaged back to work.
