Charles Russell in string of local deals

Charles Russell advised the directors of DSR Print Management Limited (Mike Naylor, Stephen Beesley and Andre Kofman) on their acquisition (through DSR Holdings Limited) of the entire share capital of DSR Print Management Limited for £5.5 million.

DSR, whose UK headquarters is at Moulton Park, Northampton, provides fully integrated print management solutions for a broad range of clients both in the UK and across continental Europe, offering services from creative design through to printing and storage.

James Stephen (head of corporate at Charles Russell’s Cambridge office) led the Charles Russell LLP team. He worked with Adrian Hall (advising on the finance aspects of the deal), Carly Arthur (advising on the real estate aspects of the deal), Christopher Evans (assisting on both the corporate and finance aspects), Lisa Bearpark (advising on the employment aspects) and a number of other specialists. 

Franklins LLP acted for the sellers and Jones Day for the financiers.
Charles Russell’s Cambridge office has also advised Cambridge-based company Green Energy Options on a new equity funding round, which raised approximately £750,000.

Green Energy Options manufactures monitors which display energy usage, with the most advanced product model showing energy usage per appliance including the cost of that consumption and the level of CO2 emissions that result. 

The company’s products aim to enhance awareness of energy usage, help reduce wasted energy consumption and benefit its users by resultant savings in energy costs.
