A weight loss firm is putting on the pounds in all the right places.

Weight Loss Resources Ltd – which promotes fad-free tools for healthy and sustainable weight loss – is the new tenant of 29 The Metro Centre on Welbeck Way in Woodston, Peterborrough, which is a two-floored building with total office and ancillary accommodation of 4,784 sq ft.

Weight Loss Resources was founded in 2001 and now employs 20 people. It moved into its new premised from another location in Woodston to accommodate the expansion of its business.

The company hosts the UK’s largest and most comprehensive online nutrition and calories database service.
Carter Jonas,which secured the deal on behalf of the landlord, has concluded another letting of office accommodation in Peterborough to a high-profile conservation charity.

Buglife – The Invertebrate Conservation Trust –  has taken 1,048 sq ft office suite on the first floor of 90A Bridge Street from where five staff and five volunteers will work.

The charity has grown considerably since it was established in 2002 and had outgrown its former office on Park Road.
