Milton Keynes based logistics company Gazeley Limited is being steered into a massive international expansion drive after being acquired in a mega deal by Economic Zones World (EZW) – a Dubai World company.

SDI Group plc in Cambridge, which designs, builds and supports integrated materials handling solutions for international retail, wholesale, fulfilment and e-commerce distribution operations, has acquired four companies from P.E.P. Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (PEP) in Germany for a total consideration of €2.76m (£2.2m).
