The Aerospace and Airports Sector is one of the most productive, dynamic and strategic sectors in the East of England

East of England International’s team of UK Trade & Investment Sector Specialist Advisers includes a dedicated Aerospace and� Airports Advisor able to offer specialist and in-depth advice and support to companies seeking to trade internationally.

A series of sector focused UKTI ‘mini missions’ are to be held during 2008 providing a great opportunity for companies to visit overseas markets accompanied by their UKTI Sector Specialist International Trade Adviser and supported by a UKTI Market Visit Support Subsidy** See details of this year’s mini missions below.


ILA Berlin Air Show – Berlin – 27th May to 1st June 2008

This is one of the world’s largest aerospace trade shows covering Commercial Air Transport, Space, Defence and Security, Equipment and General Aviation.

Dubai Airport Show – Dubai – 2nd to 4th June 2008

With over US$ 60 billion having been earmarked for the development of aviation infrastructure across the Middle East, Africa, Indian Subcontinent and CIS, this show is Asia’s largest arena for the latest airport innovations;

MRO Europe – Madrid – 24th to 25th September 2008

Join airline professionals as they come together with MRO operators, manufacturers, maintenance providers, suppliers and investors to share knowledge, case studies and best practices;

Japan Aerospace – Yokohama – 1st to 5th October 2008

An event showcasing Japanese expertise in the aerospace industry and offering opportunities for companies to present their products and services to the Japanese aerospace community.
