CMI INTRODUCTORY CERTIFICATE IN MANAGEMENT

This provides an introduction or taster to the Level 3 - Certificate in Management full award. The programme has national and international appeal and recognition - validated by the Chartered Management Institute which aims to shape and support the managers of tomorrow.

Structure and Content

The programme will be delivered over 4 days (2 x 2 day sessions) from our hi-tech conference facilities in Norwich and covers the following areas:

  • Managing Information and Communicating for Results
  • Customer Focus, Planning and Change
  • Introduction to Quality Management
  • Using and Controlling Resources
  • Developing Yourself as a Supervisor
  • Staffing Selection
  • Developing People and Planning Work
  • Improving the Performance of your Team

Each candidate is required to complete a short assignment designed to test individual knowledge and understanding of the whole qualification.

16th & 17th June 2008

Cost: �450 + CMI Registration/Certification �70 + VAT per person (minimum numbers required).
