One of the East of England’s leading independent insurance brokers has relocated its offices from the city centre to Broadland Business Park in Norwich.

KTIB is an award winning independent commercial insurance broker that has been trading for over 20 years. The firm has relocated its 30 staff to new offices at Lakeside 300 on Old Chapel Way from its previous premises in the centre of Norwich.

KTIB employs 30 staff and its portfolio spans owner run businesses and private clients to national and multinational organisations throughout the world.

The firm was winner of the ‘Claims Service of the Year’ accolade in 2010 at the Insurance Age UK Broker Awards and also won the ‘Broker Customer Care Initiative of the Year’ at the 2012 Insurance Times UK Claims Excellence Awards.

MD Robin Plaster said: “Our new modern offices provide us with ample room to expand the business and a superb working environment for our staff. Having considered a number of options, we are very pleased to have moved to Broadland, which suits our requirements for a high quality office environment extremely well.”

Several of the region’s leading companies have been attracted to Broadland Business Park, including Aviva, RBS, Bertram Books, Lovewell Blake, Start-rite Shoes, Sika and J & H Bunn.

Simon Radford, chief executive of Lothbury Investment Management, adviser to the park's owners, said: “Broadland Business Park has been very successful in attracting some of the region’s leading companies, including many in the professional and financial sectors, so we are very pleased that KTIB has chosen to relocate to the Park.”
