One of the UK's leading independent cheesemakers, Lancashire based Singleton's Dairy, has taken Cambridge software to drive transparency through its supply chain. It has chosen the LINKFresh suite from Anglia Business Solutions.
The project will involve upgrading Singleton's existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution to the latest 2009 version as part of the LINKFresh deployment.LINKFresh will be implemented across all aspects of Singleton's operations. These include financial management, sales & purchase order processing, EDI management, warehouse operations, production & inventory management, advanced costing & profitability analysis and quality assurance.
Future phases will enable factory floor personnel to use touchscreens as productivity aids while advanced mobility applications will enable warehouse staff to record stock movements and capture QC information.
