Anglia Business Solutions managing director, David Hurley, has died aged 64, following a short illness.
He was a founding member of the Cambridge software and IT consultancy in 1981 and had led the business for the last 15 years.David Hurley was a highly respected member of the business community. His vision was behind the development of the company’s LINKFresh solution and, as such, he had become a well-known figure within the UK fresh food industry.
Speaking on behalf of the board, Robert Frost said: “This has come as a great shock to all of us and David will be sorely missed.
“We are committed to continuing the strategy which David set out. The thoughts and condolences of all of David’s friends and colleagues at Anglia Business Solutions are with his family at this difficult time.”
