High times for tower titans
A company specialising in providing temporary access for the world high rise tower market has taken on a five-year lease on premises in St Neots to accommodate its growth.
Construction Access Systems, which has developed a modern common tower system to provide access solutions for some of the world’s most prestigious high rise buildings, will shortly move into the property in Eaton Socon, in a deal brokered by Barford + Co. The company already has headquarters in Cambridge.
Managing director, Tony Faulkner said: “The company is growing due to high demand for our modern common tower system and the significant number of high rise buildings being constructed around the world.
“We needed another warehouse facility in the vicinity of our main office in Cambridge and the property in Eaton Socon fitted the bill.
“We have had to make some alterations to accommodate the size of our equipment but this is completely doable within the premises and we are looking forward to having the additional space for our specialist equipment.”
