Barford + Co has announced the acquisition of an investment at 12 Ramsay Court, Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon on behalf of a private client.
The property comprises a two storey, high quality, semi-detached office building of 2,276 sq ft situated on a popular business park with excellent access to the A14, the A1 and within easy reach of Huntingdon Town Centre. It is let to Seymour Davies Ltd at a passing rent of £27,000 per annum.
Jones Lang Lasalle were appointed to sell the investment on behalf of LPA receivers.
